It’s Okay to Fail

Before I ever jumped onto the fitness band-wagon, I had a ton of concerns. Like most people, I was concerned with the cost of Beachbody programs vs. a gym membership or hiring a personal trainer (the programs were WAY CHEAPER! and I found out that I get better results <--WINNING). I was also concerned that I would not be able to handle the intensity and that I would quit. Simply put, I was afraid of failure. I lacked the confidence in myself to finish the workouts- I didn’t want to spend the money if I wasn’t going to actually complete the programs...but thankfully, I found a coach who built up my confidence and made it seem like anyone could do this because she was there to provide support and she reassured me that it was okay to mess up occasionally...I think sometimes people just need to know that it will be okay if they fail at times...and that’s what I needed. Once I got past that, I was unstoppable! Sure I mess up occasionally, but that’s OKAY! I get back up and try again and keep going because after all, "we are what we repeatedly do" and I’ve decided that I am a winner not a quitter. How about you?
